At Parkfields Surgery in Alvaston the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

If you need medical help outside of our normal surgery hours then you can now call 111. This is free from landlines and mobiles. You will be assessed, given advice and directed straightaway to the local service that can help you best including out of hours GPs. 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. ALCOHOL CLINIC
We are pleased to announce that we have an alcohol service available to all our patients. This is delivered in conjunction with Addiction Dependency Solutions (ADS), the single point of entry into the alcohol treatment service now available in Derby. We are aiming to reduce the harmful effects of alcohol misuse in Derby and will provide a free confidential service for anyone who is over 18 and has a problem with alcohol.
Clinics will take place on Monday Tuesday and Friday afternoons with our Alcohol Adviser, Santock Sandhu, at 1.00pm until 4.30pm
